· You are responsible for properly packaging items to ensure safe delivery.


4. Payment Terms

· Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

· We accept approved forms of payment as listed on our website.


5. Delivery Times and Limitations

· Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

· We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or third-party delays.


6. Prohibited Items

· You may not send any illegal, hazardous, or prohibited items through our service.

· We reserve the right to inspect and reject any package that violates our policy.


7. Liability

· SB Express Courier Service is not responsible for loss or damage to items unless caused by gross negligence.

· Our liability for lost or damaged goods is limited to the value declared at the time of shipment or $100, whichever is less.


8. Cancellations and Refunds

· Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time.

· Refunds are processed at our discretion and based on the specific circumstances of the cancellation.


9. Modifications to Terms

· We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

· Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.

1. Terms of Return

· You may request a return or refund within 7 days of your scheduled delivery or pickup date.                                        

· Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund.


2. Condition of Return

 · All items must be in their original condition.

· Packages must not have been opened, tampered with, or used in any way that compromises their integrity.

· If you are returning items on behalf of a third party, proper authorization is required.


3. Reason for Return

· Returns and refunds may be issued for the following reasons:

· - Package was delivered to the wrong address due to our error.

· - The item was damaged during transit.

· - The service was not completed as requested due to a fault on our end.


4. Return Process

· To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer service within the 7-day window.

· Provide your full name, order number, contact information, and the reason for the return.

5. Refund Process

· Once your return or claim is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

6. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

· We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

· - Deliveries delayed due to weather or traffic conditions outside of our control.

· - Incorrect delivery addresses provided by the sender.

· - Items that violate our prohibited goods policy.

· - Services successfully completed and signed off by the recipient.
